Lipford Home Care is an established home care company in Birmingham, Alabama seeking to hire a full time Caregiver Recruiter. We have been serving clients throughout the greater Birmingham area for 13 years. In 2026, we expanded to serve client in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as well.

Our caregivers provide personal care, homemaking and companionship services for the elderly.  Care is provided in private residences and senior living communities/facilities.Our administrative office is located in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.  Lipford Home Care is owned and operated by Dennis and Kelly Lipford.
 
A variety of backgrounds will qualify you for this position.  You will need to be extroverted and organized.   
 
Job Description:

Manage the caregiver recruiting and hiring process including caregiver screening, interviewing, and orienting new caregivers.
 

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract qualified caregiver candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and community outreach.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for caregiving roles.
• Manage applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate onboarding processes including employee orientation.
• Collaborate with management team to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task.
• Inviting and welcoming phone skills.
• Ability to utilize computer and software.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• 4 year college degree preferred.
